Questions about Singapore eSIM prices
Why are the prices in US dollars?
The store prices every language in US dollars. The total with tax appears before you pay, and your bank converts it as it does any other card payment.
Is tax included?
Yes. The price shown here is the price with tax, the same total the store presents before you pay.
What if my trip dates change?
The install window runs 30 days from buying. If your trip starts after that window, write to the store's support before installing.
Is there a refund if I do not use it?
No. A working eSIM, installed or not, is not refunded. The refund is full only where the eSIM does not work and cannot be fixed.
Where do I buy a plan?
On VietSIM, the same company's store for Vietnam and Asia. This site sells nothing itself: its buttons open the store's Singapore page.
How do I get the eSIM after paying?
Right after you pay, the QR code appears on screen; save the page link as the store asks, because the code remains there.
