Singapore eSIM refunds: when you get your money back
- Full refund if it does not work
- Ask while in Singapore
- Back to your card

The short answer
The store's rule: if the eSIM does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund. A working eSIM you no longer want is not refunded, and neither is one your phone cannot install. Ask the store's support while you are in Singapore, with your order page link.

What is refunded
A full refund when the eSIM does not work in Singapore and cannot be fixed. The rule, in the store’s own words: “If the eSIM does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.”
What is not
A working eSIM, whether installed or not; and a phone that is locked or cannot take an eSIM: a working eSIM is not refunded because a phone cannot install it, so check your phone before you buy. From the purchase date, you have 30 days in which the eSIM can be installed.
How to ask
Write to the store’s support while you are in Singapore, with the link to your order page, or the email address you paid with and the date of payment. That page gets the QR code from the store the moment payment is done, which makes the link the simplest route back to your order. A line that will not connect should come with your phone model and screenshots, giving the store a first shot at a fix.
Where the money goes
The money returns to whichever card or method made the payment. Your bank decides when it appears. The store’s own refund policy governs every purchase.
