Install your Singapore eSIM at home, before you fly
- At home, on Wi-Fi
- Within 30 days
- Keep the line off

The short answer
The setup happens at home over Wi-Fi, before the flight, no later than 30 days after buying. From the order page, scan the QR code, give the line a name, and leave it off till you land. Keep the eSIM in place once it is added: a QR code normally installs just once.

Before you scan
Your phone must support eSIM and be unlocked; the phone check on this site tells you how to find out. Start on Wi-Fi: the eSIM arrives as a download, so pick a place where the connection holds, ideally your home.
Scan the QR code
Open the order page on any other screen, or send the code to a printer. Once payment goes through, the code is shown on screen and held on that page; keep the link safe. On iPhone, the route is Settings, Cellular, Add eSIM, then scan. On Android, add the eSIM through the SIM settings: Samsung puts them under Connections, SIM manager; Pixel under Network & internet, SIMs. Should the camera miss the code, type the details in by hand, taken from the order page.
After it is added
Give the line a name you will recognise, such as Singapore. Leave the line off until you land, and leave the eSIM in place: usually the QR code installs once, no more. On landing, follow switch it on after landing.
If it fails (Install the eSIM)
A code that will not scan, or an install that stops partway: stay on Wi-Fi and give it another attempt. When it still will not go through, put the order page link and your phone model in a note to the store’s support before retrying.
Questions
How to install eSIM on Android?
In the SIM settings, add an eSIM and scan the code from your order page: Samsung lists it under Connections, SIM manager; Pixel under Network & internet, SIMs. A camera that will not scan can be bypassed by typing the details in by hand.
